Tolip Hotel Aswan has different venues to cater to different types of events. The biggest hall, Cleopatra, seats an estimate of 220 guests with round tables and 250 guests in theatre arrangement. The Khufu hall welcomes an average of 180 guests with round tables and 200 guests in a theatre arrangement. The Nefertiti hall seats up to 40 guests with round tables and 50 guests in a theatre arrangement. The Horus hall, designed for small-scale events, seats 20 guests in a theatre arrangement. The oval-shaped Ambassador Hall is best for executive decisions and seats up to 20 guests per event. Ekhnaton, our tiered hall, holds the capacity of 400 guests on its different levels. The Cinema hall, perfect for any screening, seats up to 500 guests per event.

Cleopatra

The hotel’s biggest hall, Cleopatra, seats up to 250 persons in theatre style and up to 220 with round tables. The hall is equipped with state of the art facilities including audiovisual aids, internet access as well as help from our friendly staff to ensure the smooth running of every event.

Khufu

The Khufu hall welcomes up to 200 guests in theatre style and up to 180 with round tables. The hall is equipped with state of the art facilities including audiovisual aids, internet access as well as help from our friendly staff to ensure the smooth running of every event.

Nefertiti

The Nefertiti hall is perfect for small events, welcoming up to 50 guests in theatre style and 40 with round tables. The hall is equipped with state of the art facilities including audiovisual aids, internet access as well as help from our friendly staff to ensure the smooth running of every event.

Ambassador

The oval-shaped Ambassador hall is perfect for business meetings for important decisions. The hall seats up to 20 individuals per event. The hall is equipped with state of the art facilities including audiovisual aids, internet access as well as help from our friendly staff to ensure the smooth running of every event.

Ikhnaton

The Ikhnaton hall is a tiered masterpiece, welcoming up to 400 guests among its levels. The hall is equipped with state of the art facilities including audiovisual aids, internet access as well as help from our friendly staff to ensure the smooth running of every event.

Cinema

The Cinema hall is perfect for a screening, seating up to 500 guests per event. The hall is equipped with state of the art facilities including audiovisual aids, internet access as well as help from our friendly staff to ensure the smooth running of every event.
